Almond Blossom Time near Villa Ludwigshoehe

The almond trees are in bloom at the moment.

But before there can be a blossom there needs to be a bud.

The almond blossoms are a riot of color - I could not decide which picture of them I liked best so you get to see all my favorites.

Against the blue sky the color of the blossoms came out quite nicely.
